Ecco cosa occorre.
Ingredienti: 4 finocchi femmina, 1 porro, sale e olio evo q.b., olive nere q.b.;
Procedimento:
- Lavate e tagliate i finocchi a fettine.
- Servite e buon appetito.
For english friends…
One of the seven winter goodness is definitely the fennel. Some people prefer raw, those steam and people like me who does it “drowning”. At least so says Mom. As always recommended to buy the fennel female to get them cooked and males fennel to make them raw. Beyond belief. We managed to give even sex with fennel! Few moves to prepare this recipe. Here’s what you need.
Ingredients: 4 fennel female, 1 leek, salt and extra virgin olive oil q.s., black olives q.b .;
Method:
Wash and cut the fennel into thin slices.
Put them on a non-stick pan with olive oil, salt.
Washed, cut and even add the leek, cut into slices.
Cook over medium heat without a lid until it will imbionditi, meanwhile stir.
Once they have browned and will have a golden color, add 1/2 cup of water, black olives and cover with the lid.
Let it cook until the fork will feel the softened fennel.
Serve and enjoy your meal.
